“Huge thanks owed to Dave and the team at Catered-Events.
We organised most, almost all, of our wedding ourselves. The one element not by us or people we knew well was the catering. We chose Catered-events because when we initially contacted a dozen or so caterers, Dave's response stood out a mile in terms of the information provided right away, the warmth of the message and the interest in our business! So many others shot themselves in the foot with their first reply! Our first phone conversation with Dave confirmed what we had begun to suspect, and our first meeting cemented it. Indeed, meeting him and hearing him suggest ideas was the first time the reality of the big day began to become conceivable. And on the day itself the food, of course, was impeccable, but more than that - the team were almost entirely invisible, working in limited space but providing such a high quality service that, a month later, we are still getting comments on the excellence of the food. We felt throughout that we were dealing with people who were bending over backwards for us and who understood what everything meant to us. Thank you!

The staff were really good, very keen, did everything asked of them.
Mike and Richard were fantastic, calm, and competent; solving various non-food related party issues. The clean-up at the end was fast efficient and very good, and they left everything as they found it. Oh, and the bowls - they were great, really party-like; I was expecting porcelain or china so that was a nice surprise. The timing was also excellent, everything ran exactly as we discussed (and believe me, I've experienced catering companies who definitely can't deliver that!).

We recently had a high profile drinks reception, which included senior ranking Police Officers, Councilors’ and Ministers amongst some of the guests. This event was a complete success.Dave and his team were very professional in their approach from planning the event to seeing it through; I felt they took a lot of pressure off me throughout.
Our reception was for around 120 guests, the waiting staff were excellent and many guests passed comment on their very courteous manner. All guests were kept topped up with sufficient drinks and canapés. The whole event passed very smoothly and effortlessly thanks to 'Call the caterers'.
The canapés were excellent and of a very high standard and prepared fresh on the day. I would have no hesitation in booking them again if we have another event.
