Red Roses, Chocolates, and Hearts ….
Want to show your loved one how much they mean to you?
Whether you’re newly engaged, in your first year as newlyweds or have been married for a long time, why not treat your loved one to a romantic Valentines Meal.
Firstly set the scene. Rather than going to a busy restaurant why not bring the restaurant feel to you by having an intimate dinner in the comfort of your own home.
Picture the scene. Soft music playing in the background, your dining table dressed for romance, you and your partner relaxed and ready to enjoy quality time together, a chef busy in the kitchen, waiting staff waiting to serve. No need for taxis or battling against the unpredictable British weather.
Professional chefs can prepare a mouth-watering meal in your own home whilst still offering a discreet service. A waiter will be on hand to dress your table with all things romantic, serve the champagne followed by your meal. Your kitchen will be left immaculate. Leaving you to spend quality time with your loved one, without the worry of cooking or doing the dishes.
Every intimate evening starts with a little foreplay, so start with a bit of fizz. A Pomegranate Champagne cocktail is a must to commence your evening. The red bubbly liquid will be sure to set the pulses racing.
Oysters are a great Valentine dish, a natural aphrodisiac and great for sharing. Start your meal with Valentine Oysters. The oysters are presented in their shells served with a marinade of peppercorns, lime juice, garlic and basil. Perfect for sharing.
Don’t worry if you’re not an oyster fan. Try handmade Salmon fishcakes with a caper and lime dressing. Delicious.
Now we’ve got your juices following, time for the main course. Succulent Duck breast with passion fruit sauce. The tenderness of the Duck alongside the passion fruit sauce gives an amazing taste combination, served with locally sourced veg, crushed new potato cake or fondant de pommes de terre (Fondant potato) what’s not to like?
Finally we come to the dessert course. What says romance more than chocolate? A chocolate dessert to share! A scrumptious, self-saucing chocolate pudding, oozing with gooey chocolate, with refreshing lemon ice-cream. Served on one plate with two spoons, who’s going to tuck in first?
For a lighter dessert, or to clear the palate before your main course how about a sorbet. Iced fruit of Lime & Basil or how about Mango puree. A perfect end to a perfect meal.
Relax and enjoy each other.
