Spit Roasted locally reared Pigs served with apple sauce, stuffing & crispy crackling or how about a scumpy cider marinade? with homemade stuffing and onion gravy.

Whole Lambs basted with rosemary & mint then roasted on the Spit and served with a redcurrant jelly or mustard & dill sauce.

Whole Spit Roasted Turkey served with fresh cranberries and sage & onion stuffing or whole Sirloins of Scottish Beef served with English mustard or fresh horseradish.

Pig Roast Catering

Spit roasts can be served alone or with accompanying salads, side order Mexican potato wedges or even part of a larger Barbecue menu, Pig roasts start from as little as £3 per person subject to menu choice and the number of guests attending. Spit roasted meats can be served in a roll, Buffet style or even part of a more formal set menu.

All equipment is gas powered to allow a manageable cooking process; typically 5 hours to cook a 60 kilo pig will ensure it's served at its most succulent. A Spit roast makes a great focal point for any occasion.
